Takeda intake for 2008 honda accord 2.4l
Install was quick and easy, took me 8 minutes between getting the old air box out and putting the takeda intake in.Fit and finish of this product is extremely high quality, I personally beleive it surpasses K&N quality and still is cheaper ($120 cheaper).Now for performance results on a 2008 honda Accord 2.4 vtec.Imediately i noticed a increase in acceleration, passing power (mid-range) and awesome throaty sound that cant be missed.As far as gas mileage i havent had enough time of the intake being on to notice that kind of change.Only concern is there isnt a splash guard on this model.beside that im very happy with this intake and it was a well spent $180 dollars.

Awesome product! This is a short ram intake. Takeda retainInstalled it on a 2009 Honda accord coupe. Did improve the gas mileage a bit. Plus, I got it for $180!

aFe TR-1001P
I installed it on a 2008 Accord Sedan. The sound my car makes at 3 grand and above is intoxicating. Pretty straight forward directions except the one bolt that is at the base of the air box in between the battery. Took me about 45 minutes to install. I think 30 minutes trying to get that buried bolt out. There is only enough room to turn your wrench about a quarter turn. Be careful when tightening the isolation mount, mine broke. Contacted aFe and they are sending me a new mount.
