Perfect Fit
I came across this mattress after hours of searching for a mattress that would fit the crib I had bought. My crib needed a mattress that was 52" and at least 27.5" wide. When I finally came across this mattress, I read the reviews left by others on at least 3 different sites before deciding to buy it.It was cheaper than the (few) other mattresses I could find with this length. When it arrived I found it fit snugly in both the length and width and I am very pleased. I really like the soft cover.It does seem a bit firm for my liking by itself, but after putting on a waterproof pad and sheet it feels great.My daughter will be born in less than 2 weeks so I'll be able to give an update once she's home and had a chance to sleep in her own bed =)**UPDATE**My daughter didn't sleep in her crib right away as we had a bassinet for her but we found she has slept better on this mattress than her bassinet and it only matches her swing (which...

Great Value
This mattress appears to be as natural as expensive natural/organic mattresses. It had no obvious off-gassing out of the packaging. Before purchasing, I contacted the manufacturer to ask what thermo-bonded core meant. It is compressed natural fiber. They assured me that there is no foam in the product. As they advertise, there is no flame retardant. The mattress is very firm and fits my standard-size crib very well.
